的取证脚本与跑完即废的 backfill 共 21 个移入 archive/ 留证;附 README 说明
归档判据。保留:可复用运维诊断工具、DESIGN 引用的协议探针(probe_clawbot*/
probe_ark_doc)、通用取数 diag_dump_task。.gitignore 补 scripts 探针输出。
