caoqianming 61137611a8 feat(prompt): 结构图 mermaid vs 生图改 ask_user 让用户点选(bump 0.58.15) 
用户反馈画流程图/架构图时模型直奔 mermaid,想点名用生图没入口。根因:
岔路引导只在 imagegen SKILL.md 里,mermaid 路径不触发 load_skill,模型
看不到岔路口;且 SKILL.md 把"流程图/架构图"硬性划给 mermaid。

- agent_builder: 新增 _MEDIA_DIAGRAM_FORK_SEG(挂任一图像工具时进媒体段)
  —— 结构图先 ask_user 二选一(mermaid 矢量 vs 生图视觉版);免问例外=
  已点名工具 / 本对话已选过 / skill 管线内部要求 mermaid
- imagegen SKILL.md: 岔路段同口径重写 + 补"生图画结构图取舍"段(中文标签
  易乱码/位图不可改字提前说清,prompt 按风格化示意少文字装配)
- SKILL_LIST / PROGRESS / CHANGELOG 同步
