_bg 最终 push_wecom 的返回值一直被忽略,message/send 失败(如企微
「企业可信 IP」拦截 60020)完全无痕。统一走 _push_checked,失败落
`[wecom] push failed: <reason>` 日志(带企微 errcode/errmsg)。
