chore(wecom): 加企业微信可信域名校验文件 WW_verify_THssshZfneJwIG5Y.txt(放 repo 根)+ bump 0.26.7 

bot.ctc-zc.com 的可信域名归属校验;配合 /WW_verify_{token}.txt 路由在域名根 serve。
