未进行岗前、在岗、离职职业健康检查的，不得分；未及时对职业病患者给予治疗、疗养或未及时调整职业禁忌症患者岗位的，不得分；对检查结果异常的，未按要求复查或诊疗的，发现一人扣2分，发现两人不得分；体检每缺少一人扣1分，缺少两人不得分。
