4.2.23企业各班组应开展安全活动；岗位人员应熟练掌握岗位安全职责、安全生产和职业卫生操作规程、危险和有害因素及其预防控制措施、防护用品使用、自救互救及应急处置措施；企业各班组应按规定开展安全生产和职业卫生教育培训、安全学习、安全检查等工作，并做好记录。

未开展班组安全活动的，不得分；未按制度开展的，每次扣2分；抽查岗位人员不清楚岗位安全职责、安全生产和职业卫生操作规程、危险和有害因素及其预防控制措施、防护用品使用、自救互救及应急处置措施的，发现一处扣1分，发现两处不得分。
