4.1.24收尘设备（袋收尘、电收尘、电袋复合收尘等）要求：（1）设备设施完好，定期检测，各项数据指标符合国家环保排放标准；（2）收尘器的清灰系统应运行正常；收尘器的检修门应密封良好；（3）对电收尘系统进行检查维修时，必须确认接地装置完好，放电、验电合格后方可进行，现场必须要有监护人员；（4）破碎、配料、粉磨、物料输送、煅烧、选粉、装运等主要产尘点应设置有效收尘设施。

未设置有效收尘设施的，发现一处扣2分，发现两处不得分；其他不符合要求的，发现一处扣1分，发现两处不得分。
