zty 1d987277c6 feat(landing): 预测案例管理员可编辑 + 图片上传修复 + 构建hash 
- 后端新增 GET/PUT /api/cfg/landing-cases 接口存取案例数据
- 上传接口自动创建 uploads 目录，修复目录不存在导致上传失败
- 前端预测案例支持管理员编辑标题/副标题/案例内容
- hero 图片初始不设默认值，configReady 门控渲染，消除刷新闪烁
- .umirc.ts 开启 hash:true 避免浏览器缓存旧 JS

zty 8ee0784f20 feat(ms/web): 管理端材料库扩展字段 + 导入模板更新 + 饼图浅色 
- 管理端: 去掉环保等级, 材料表单/列表新增16个字段(型号/参考价格/供应商/联系人/生产日期/样品来源/检测信息等)
- 管理端: 新建材料必填项加*号(名称/类别/品牌/污染物参数/样品来源)
- 管理端: 材料导入Excel模板更新为39列新格式, 解析逻辑同步
- 管理端: 材料表单增加样品图片/应用效果图上传
- 后端: PublicMaterial/SelfMaterial schema 新增16个字段
- 用户端: 饼图颜色改为浅色系
