7 个任务:本地构建前端 / 基线快照 / 复制数据库 / 上传编译后端 /
独立 PM2 启动 / IIS 站点 / 端到端验收。
每个改动性任务收尾强制跑原系统体检(restart_time 必须仍为 0)。
prisma db push 前设用户确认门禁,禁止自行加 --accept-data-loss。
